Atomic Man is a enemy of Batman, who was once a electrical engineer who committed and crime and was captured, he uses a special device to commit crimes now.
History[]
After being released, he wanted revenge against the people responsible for his capture, including Batman. Strobe created a special device that allowed him to change the molecular structure of matter and he planned to use it against his enemies. his plan was once again foiled by the Batman , who managed to capture him and remove his gadget, ending his crime spree for good.
