Atomic Man was an enemy of Batman and Robin. He was only mentioned in the final issue of Batman '66.
History[]
He was mentioned to have been among the Batman Villains assembled by the Joker, Catwoman, Riddler and Penguin at Gotham Studios in a scheme to finally defeat the Dynamic Duo. Like all the other rogues, Atomic Man was later presumably apprehended and taken into custody when Batman and Robin quelled the villain riot.
