B.G. ("Big") Trubble is a villain that appeared in the Batman newspaper strips from the 1960s. He made his first appearance in the July 16th, 1967 strip and his final appearance in the November 7th, 1967 strip. These comic strips weren’t seen again until they were republished in Batman - the Silver Age Newspaper Comics Collections by IDW decades later.

B.G. Trubble was a member of a criminal organization known as the Syndicate who offered a million dollar reward for the death of Batman. After causing the Batcopter to crash, criminal Blue Max called Trubble to claim the reward (Batman with Robin the Boy Wonder, July 16th, 1967). Trubble didn't fully trust Blue Max, so he electrified the million dollar reward until Max could provide proof that he had offed Batman (Batman with Robin the Boy Wonder, July 19th, 1967). When Gotham City Tv confirmed that Batman and Robin had died, Big Trubble gave Blue Max his reward, remarking that he "hope(d) for... (Blue Max's) ...sake they stay dead" (Batman with Robin the Boy Wonder, July 24-25, 1967).
