The Bat-Heater was a small heating device used by Batman during the final battle with Mr. Freeze. It is designed to thaw anyone frozen in ice. When activated, the heater's Bat-symbols pulsate with red-hot light.

When Batman, Robin and Batgirl arrive at the Gotham Observatory to confront Mr. Freeze and Bane, Batman activates two Bat-Heaters from his utility belt to thaw Dr. Lee and his assistant.
After a fierce battle, Batman activates another Bat-Heater from his belt and attaches it to Freeze's chest and knocks him off the stand onto his Freezing Engine destroying it.
