The Batwing is Batman's aerial vehicle which he uses to fly with.

When Maxie Zeus is trying to overtake Gotham, Batman brings out his newest vehicle, the Batwing, to invade Maxie's aerial fortress.
While it gets knocked down on its first run, the Batwing was successful in allowing Batman to gain access to the fortress.
