William "Bill" Kenzie was a corrupt GCPD officer stationed in the Narcotics Division. He was heavily involved with other corrupt officers and Gotham City's supervillains, including Poison Ivy and Black Mask.

- Kenzie appears in The Batman, played by Peter McDonald. The film depicts him as a member of the Falcone Crime Syndicate working for both Don Carmine and the Penguin. Kenzie is targeted by Catwoman due to his involvement in the murder of her roommate, Annika Kosolov.
