Blood Tiger is a former captain of a warlord, now running the third biggest drug ring in Tinasha, Africa.
History[]
He is fleeing in the back of an armed jeep with several henchmen, when Batwing incapacitates him, flies into the air holding onto him and questioning why he bails out on a deal for the largest heroin shipment in the country. Blood Tiger begs for a quick death at the hands of Batwing instead of being butchered by his mysterious benefactor.
