Bruiser is one of Tony Zucco's "brothers". He serves as the strongman of the group.
History[]
In A Matter of Family, he and Zucco's gang were trying to force the Flying Graysons to pay them money for protection. They refused, so they started a fight. Luckily, Dick had called the cops a few minutes ago, which was intercepted by the Batman. Batman took down Bing while the rest of the brothers escaped. He was then arrested. Zucco then wanted to "return the favor" of his family being divided by murdering the Graysons.
Zucco went to unscrew the nuts on the trapeze the Graysons were to perform on. Bruiser and the other two then watched as the Graysons fell to their deaths, with Dick watching. Batman then spent nights looking for Zucco. He eventually reached Shorty and Bruiser, whom he interrogated about Zucco's whereabouts. He then left them and headed to Zucco.
