Chilblains was one of Mr. Freeze's henchmen.
History[]
He and his partner Frosty assisted their boss in their kidnapping plot of Professor Isaacson to extract the instant freeze formula out his brain. He and his fellow henchmen fought Batman and Robin at the Bruce Wayne Ice Rink, and imprisoned them in the Sub-Zero Temperature Vaporizing Cabinet, but the Caped Crusaders escaped from being vaporized.
After Batman and Robin located Mr. Freeze's iceberg hideout, Chilblains was apprehended along with his boss.
