They are Cluemaster's old football team and currently his minions.
History[]
As seen in photos in Ms. Brown's house, they used to be on Arthur Brown's football team, and when Brown grew up, they started working for him as his henchmen.
In Q&A, they first kidnapped Ross Daren and humiliated him wearing broccoli and potato masks over their heads. They then kidnapped Herbert Zeigler, and they drove off in a car. Batman chased them in the Batmobile, but they eventually escaped through a tunnel. They then kidnapped Yelena Klimanov, but they were confronted by Batman and engaged in a fight with him. They used their agility as dwarves to get the upper hand on Batman. Eventually, they escaped and drove off in a car with Yelena in it. Later,Batman investigated Ms. Brown's house and was attacked by the henchmen. They once again used their agility to fight Batman, but they were thrown at and crushed by a shelf. Meanwhile, some of the henchmen were guarding the door to the Think, Thank, Thunk game show set when Batman bursted in and defeated them as well as Cluemaster.
They were later captured by Rumor along with Cluemaster. In one scene,they could be seen inside their cell with Cluemaster. When the cells were unlocked, they escaped, as they were nowhere to be found during the fight, and only Cluemaster was seen.
They appear again in the tie-in comic The Batman Strikes!, where they face off against Batman.
