The Commander is Electro's second-in-command. He appeared in one episode of The New Adventures of Batman.
History[]
He first appears at the beginning when Electro's spaceship touched down in a desert outside Gotham City, reporting to his master that the area is secured, and the hovercraft is ready for Electro's departure.
He later assists Electro in shrinking a missile base as part of Electro's plan to take over the world, but the plan was foiled by Batman, Robin, Batgirl and Bat-Mite, who arrived in the Batcopter. When Electro and his commander tried to escape, they ended up getting shrunk by Electro's own shrinking ray, landing them both in jail.
