Synopsis[]
"The King of the Jungle"[]
While traveling across country by train, Dick Grayson spots the Penguin. As Robin, Dick and Batman investigate and learn that Penguin is turning in crooks for reward money, then breaking them out of jail. Batman recognizes some of the men Penguin is with and deduces where the crooks will show up next. The Dynamic Duo face off against the crooks aboard a river boat on the Mississippi River, but Penguin disappears after the fight and is presumed dead.
