"Epilogue" is the 13th and final episode of Season 2 of Justice League Unlimited. Set in the continuity of Batman Beyond, it follows a meeting between Terry McGinnis and Amanda Waller about a conspiracy regarding his parentage.

Terry McGinnis, armed with Batarangs, breaks into Amanda Waller's home asking for answers. Waller does not seem surprised and decides to tell Terry the information.
A few months back, Bruce Wayne suffered from kidney failure, needing a tissue donor to duplicate new organs, Terry presented a perfect match for Bruce's DNA. Terry then proceeds to check and finds out that it is true.
Terry then becomes mad, thinking that Bruce needed a perfect match, someone to take up the mantle of Batman after his retirement. Terry then imagines himself going into the Batcave, asking Bruce about the claims. The world will always need a Batman.
