The Chechen's Thugs were a syndicate of criminals, in part a combination of drug-traffickers and other Chechen gangsters, who served under The Chechen.
History[]
The Chechen had some of his thugs come with him in the meeting with the Scarecrow. Some of them were arrested along with the Scarecrow and his thugs and some Batman impersonators. Later, they betrayed the Chechen by working for the Joker after he burned his immense pile of money, and were ordered to cut him up into little pieces and feed him to his rottweilers. They then carried their former boss away to the dogs.
