Neo-Gotham is the version of Gotham City which was created by the 2040s.
Prime Earth[]
In Prime Earth continuity, the creation of Neo-Gotham was proposed by Bruce Wayne with assistance from mayoral candidate Lincoln March. This angered March's secret employers in the Court of Owls due to many of Gotham's old buildings containing their hidden meeting-places and arsenals. Due to this, the Court began sending their assasin Talon after Bruce Wayne to try and assasinate him.
