Biography[]
Warren is Linda Page's uncle. He was arrested for a crime he didn't commit. On the day he was released, his niece was supposed to pick him up with Bruce Wayne but they were late and instead he was captured by his former cell mate who brought him to Doctor Daka.Warren refused to cooperate with them so he was transformed into a "zombie" by Daka. He was later rescued by Batman.
