The Batcycle Go-Cart was the Batcycle's rigged sidecar.

After Batman and Robin took Penguin, disguised as Commodore Schmidlapp, out of the Batcave, they feign engine trouble by making the Batmobile jerk in stops and starts. As the Dynamic Duo climb out of the Batmobile to check the engine, Penguin knocks them out with his knockout gas umbrella and stole the Batmobile, not knowing the Caped Crusaders used anti-gas pills. As they watch the Penguin drive off in the Batmobile, they ran to the Batcycle disguised as a nearby bush.
Climbing onboard the Batcycle, Batman and Robin travelled to the airport for the Batcopter. As they arrive, Batman disengages the sidecar rigged go-cart from the Batcycle, sending Robin to the starboard of the Batcopter.
