Frostbite was mostly seen during the Gotham Museum heist, the attack at the Save the Rainforest Costume Ball and the battle at the Gotham Observatory.
He is characterized with a silver hockey mask.
He was last seen in the climax operating Mr. Freeze's truck to attack the Bathammer with its freeze ray, but Batman reflects the blast with the Bathammer's shield, freezing it, and causing Frostbite to bail out of the vehicle. He was likely arrested along with the other Hockey Thugs.
