The Girl Outside Rink was a teenage girl who was skating at Gotham City Ice Rink.
History[]
While she was skating with some friends, Mr. Freeze attacks the rink and melts the ice with his heat ray. As Freeze makes his escape in his ice cream truck, the girl and a few friends came running out of the rink and informed a passing motorbike cop about Freeze melting the ice rink with his heat ray.
