The Gotham City Police Department is an allied faction in Gotham Knights. Once allied to the Batman Family, relations between them ceased after the death of Commissioner James Gordon and the result of building corruption in the department. After Batman's apparent death, the vigilantes once again begin a working relationship with Cpt. Renee Montoya.
