Grissom Apartments was the main front company of Carl Grissom's crime syndicate. The building is a high-rise tower on Gotham Square, built on top of the Flugelheim Museum.
History[]
The penthouse apartments at the top were the main residential area of Grissom and his top enforcers like Jack Napier. Grissom's mistress, Alicia, had her own apartment decorated with her modeling work.

Behind the Scenes[]
The building is based on the Hampshire House apartment building overlooking Central Park in New York. The refined version in the movie was drawn by Nigel Phelps under direction from Anton Furst and Tim Burton. A miniature was used for an establishing shot portraying the top of the building exterior.
