Hideo Katsu is the head of a crime family moved from the Orient to Gotham City in order to make a living. He is the head of a Yakuza family.
History[]
He was known for being the owner of a valuable Oriental Palace. After Catwoman stole from him, Hideto Katsu wanted to have his Yakuza team and his hired ninjas to kill her the next time she stole from him. Catwoman then came back for another theft. Batman arrived as well, whereupon the two took out the Yakuza team as well as Hideto Katsu. Evidence discovered that he was planning to expand into Gotham City. He has not been seen since his arrest.
