J.B. Luce was an accountant who worked for crime boss Carl Grissom.
History[]
Luce seemed to be a valued advisor to Grissom, trusting his insight on Harvey Dent connecting them to Axis Chemicals, saying that they'd be "dead and buried," and that they should move immediately. Jack Napier then chimed in that they should break in and steal the records, which Grissom agreed with. Grissom then concluded the meeting, and all of his men, including the accountant, left the room.
