Timothy "Jace" Fox is the son of Lucius Fox. First introduced in Batman #313 using the name Tim, he was originally imagined as having a troubled relationship with his father and being groomed to join a gang under the influence of Gregorian Falstaff. Though he rarely appeared after the resolution to the Falstaff storyline, his character was brought back during the buildup to Infinite Frontier, where he was set up to take on the Batman identity. Jace starred in several comic series in the early-2020s, including The Next Batman: Second Son and I Am Batman.
