Jimmy Briggs was a character who appeared in the second Batman: Arkham City Comic. Briggs was at Arkham Asylum for being delusional and he was one of Aaron Cash's favorite inmates for his non troublesome behavior. Cash later reluctantly sent him into Arkham City.

- Several henchmen mentioned a man named Jimmy throughout the game. He was known to have worked for both Joker and the Penguin, and was called a liar by several people. With Jimmy's history of delusions, that may have been the same person, as his perceived "lying" could actually just have been his false beliefs.
