Joe Braxton was a psychiatrist.
History
In "Secrets", it was revealed that Joe Braxton was a psychiatrist at Blackgate Penitentiary. He, along with Bethanie Ravencroft, experimented on criminals, trying to wipe the part of their memory that made them criminals.
One of the test subjects, Margaret Sorrow, going by the name Magpie, used Braxton's technology against him and erased his memories.
