Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor, best known as the voice of Joker in The Batman. However his first foray into Batman voices was the Mutant Leader in Legends of the Dark Knight episode of New Batman Adventures and Carlton Duquesne in Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman.
Richarson also voiced Lucius Fox, Avery, Wounded Man and Bulky Man in Batman: Gotham Knight. In addition he voiced Clayface and Martian Manhunter in Young Justice.
