King Tut AKA Victor Goodman or William Omaha McElroy is an Egyptology obsessed villain who considers himself the reincarnation of the Pharaohs.

King Tut was created for the 1960s Batman TV-show starring Adam West and Burt Ward.
In the show, William Omaha McElroy was a professor of Egyptology at Yale University until he suffered a head injury at a student protest. Due to this head trauma, William became convinced that he was the reincarnation of King Tutankhamun and started using Ancient Egypt themed crimes to reinstate the Egyptian empire.
New Earth
The comic book version of King Tut is shown to be Victor Goodman, a criminal Egyptologist who targets and murders wealthy citizens, and leaves Egyptian-themed riddles, similar to the Riddle of the Sphinx. Batman teams up with the Riddler, who does not appreciate his modus operandi being stolen, and agrees to help to stop Goodman. His alter-ego is an homage to actor Victor Buono.

Batman: The Animated Series
King Tut was apparently one of the villains considered to appear in Batman: The Animated Series. Similarly to Egghead and the Bookworm however, Tut could not be used as a result of the rights to the character being held by the American Broadcasting Network and not DC, due to the characters having been created for the show.
The ideas which the writers had for his character were however recycled into Maxie Zeus in the episode Fire from Olympus.
Batman: The Brave and the Bold

King Tut appears in the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode "Day of the Dark Knight!". He is shown as a convict trying to escape Iron Heights, but was foiled by Batman and Green Arrow. It should be noted that the other convicts that Tut escapes with are either common criminals, the show's supervillains, or other villains from the Adam West series including Egghead, The Bookworm, The Archer, Louie The Lilac , and Shame. Tut makes another jailbreak cameo, this time in Blackgate Penitentiary, in "Night of the Huntress!" He is once again foiled, this time by the Huntress. When last seen, King Tut was glimpsed as an inmate of Arkham Asylum in "Mayhem of the Music Meister!", sharing a padded cell with Psycho-Pirate and the Top. The straitjacketed Tut is one of the many asylum inmates caught under the hypnotic spell of the Music Meister. In "Battle of the Superheroes!", Batman and Robin wear special mummified suits in order to fight Pharaoh when he uses a special staff to turn people into zombies that obey his every command (The wrappings are coated in buttermilk, another reference to the live-action Batman series).
"The Lego Batman Movie"
King Tut makes a cameo in the film alongside several other Batman villains. This version resembles Victor Buono's version of the character.
