Anthony "Little Italy" Marchetti is a mobster enemy of Batman. He is a diminutive Italian-American mobster and, "Tech-Whiz" who works alongside, "Mr. ZZZ", a mobster who always appears to be half-asleep.

Anthony Marchetti was nephew of Gotham City gangster named Salvatore "Sallie" Guzzo whom he assisted the operations of. When Guzzo did dealings with the Joker, Joker had Guzzo murdered, stripped nude, dressed in a party-hat and a ball-gag, then fed to his pet hyenas Bud & Lou. The Joker then brought Anthony to see his uncle's corpse, leaving Anthony with the resolve to avoid upsetting super-criminal mobsters such as the Penguin or Ventriloquist & Scarface.
Anthony started his own criminal operation, nicknamed, "Little Italy" for his short stature and Italian heritage (a nickname used by among others, the Joker). He worked alongside, "Mister ZZZ", a hulking mobster who always appeared to be half-asleep with Marchetti acting as the brains of their partnership, and ZZZ as the brawn.
Night of the Penguin[]
When the Penguin opened up the Iceberg Lounge, supposedly to go legitimate, the two attended with ZZZ having a transmitter in his head to feed him cheating information from Anthony so that ZZZ could win at cards. As Bruce Wayne also attended the opening, he took notice and Batman later confronted Mister ZZZ in his hideout. Batman had ZZZ return the money and skip town, later stopping Penguin from seeking revenge on the mobsters. Despite this, Mister ZZZ and Little Italy made various other appearances in Gotham's criminal-underworld.
Double Talk[]
Little Italy and Mister ZZZ attended a, "Coming Back" party for the powerful crime-lord, "Scarface", a dummy which was controlled by the mentally-ill Arnold "The Ventriloquist" Wesker who was killed in a gang-war with rival gangster Great White Shark. As it turned out, Scarface's persona was being used by the new gangster Peyton Riley.
