Cancelled comic appearance[]
Even though Lola Lasagne never made an appearance in the Batman '66 comic continuation, artist Scott Kowalchuk created concept art for a redesigned version of the character and developed plans for a potential storyline in which Lola was going to be revealed as a member of the League of Shadows, which would have been reimagined as "Batman's equivalent to SPECTRE" from the James Bond franchise. However, these plans ultimately never came to fruition when the comic series was cancelled and ended with issue 30 in February 2016.[1]
