Lucky Luger is a gangster who appears in The New Adventures of Batman.
History[]
He and his gang appear at a meeting with the Chameleon, who was actually a robot created by Dr. Devious. After demonstrating his shapeshifting abilities, Chameleon proposed his plan to Lucky; to capture Batman and Robin and cut off the power of Gotham City while they loot the government mint.
After failing to capture the Dynamic Duo, Lucky confronts Chameleon for his blunder, but Chameleon comes up with another plan to keep Batman and Robin busy, while Lucky and his gang rob the mint. When Chameleon supposedly disposed of Batman and Robin and turned off the power, Lucky and his gang started to steal the mint, but the power returns, setting off the burglar alarms, revealing that Batman and Robin are still alive and covered the power plant's solar panel with a cloud cover and got rid of it. When Lucky and his gang tried to get away in their car, they were thwarted by Batgirl, who stole a piece of their engine.
Lucky and his gang were arrested along with Devious.
