Major Beasley is an army major working at the Hexagon.
History[]
When the Penguin and his chain-armored goons broke into Room Z to steal secret plans, General MacGruder summons Beasley to bring some men into his office to stop them, but after failing to shoot at them, due to the chain armor, Beasley joined MacGruder and his men in the pursuit.
After Penguin and his goons escaped in their van, Beasley sees the Batmobile approaching and tells MacGruder about the arrival of the Dynamic Duo. After Beasley asking Batman and Robin why are they dressed in the suits of armor they're wearing, Batman explains that it's a long story, and MacGruder told them about Penguin's theft of whatever it was from Room Z. As the Caped Crusaders race after Penguin, MacGruder tells Beasley that Batman and Robin may not be the air force, but they are the closest thing Gotham City ever has, and Beasley agrees with him.
