Margaret "Peg" Wilson (née Pennyworth) was the mother of Barbara Wilson, and sister of Alfred and Wilfred Pennyworth. She and her husband were killed in a motor accident five years prior to her daughter's activities as Batgirl, leaving her brothers to support Barbara. A photo of Margaret was kept by Barbara and Alfred at Wayne Manor to remember her. The latter also used her nickname as a password to an encrypted disc containing Batman and Robin's secrets.
