Doctor Mark Desmond is the head of the biomedical section at Wayne Industries.
History[]
He made his appearance in Meltdown in which he and his team of scientists have been doing research on Clayface and came to the conclusion that Ethan can stay stable long as he does not use his abilities. Later after Ethan was released, he came to perform a test on Ethan to see if he has been using his powers.
