Max Roboto is a cyborg Batman Villain originating from the possible future of Batman 666.

New Earth[]
Max was implied to be the son of a GCPD officer named Officer Bailey and to have been under his father's care Bruce Wayne was Batman. Max was wheelchair bound with Batman showing in interest in the boy's wellbeing to his father. Officer Bailey would reference them seeking treatment for Max to get him out of his wheelchair.
Prime Earth[]
Max Roboto was a cyborg henchman of the Joker. He assisted Joker and his henchmen Wedge and Flame Dupree in breaking into a zoo where the clown would adopt his gorilla son, Jackanapes.

Max Roboto is implied to have been the wheelchair bound son of GCPD Officer Bailey. He cybernetic received a treatment for his disability which drove him to criminal-insanity. Max became a super-criminal adversary of Damian Wayne's Batman and was employed by Two-Face Two.
