Min and Max are the twin henchmen of Two-Face.

Min and Max were the first henchmen employed by Two-Face. He knew them from his time as a Gotham City D.A. (District Attorney), and knew he could turn to them as he planned his revenge on Rupert Thorne. They raided a bookie joint first, and then went for Thorne's offices looking for incriminating evidence.
They picked up Grace Lamont and brought her to Wild Deuce, an abandoned club, but they did not know Thorne was trailing them. Thorne had his men incapacitate them both, apparently shooting them.
Batman and Harley Quinn[]
Min and Max survived their gunshots and appear at the nightclub singing a musical number to all the old henchmen of the villains. How they survived their gunshots at the hands of Thorne was never explained.
