Moe was one of Mr. Freeze's henchmen during his first crime spree.

He was first seen at his boss's super-cooled mountain hideout, informing Freeze that he hired 5 Mr. Freeze decoys, while dining with his boss and fellow henchmen.
Moe later joins his boss in the thefts of the Star Of Kashmir at the Gotham Diamond Exchange and the Ghiaccio Circolo from Princess Sandra of Molino, and the kidnapping of famed baseball player, Paul Diamante.
Moe was defeated and apprehended by Batman and Robin, along with his boss and fellow henchmen.
