Mr. Camera is an enemy of Batman who utilized a camera gimmick.
History[]
Mr. Camera was a super-villain who got his name from a helmet he wore which resembled an oversized camera. He used this camera to take photos during his crime-raids.
After running into Batman and Robin, Mr. Camera managed to snap a picture of them without their masks. Mr. Camera was arrested but intended on using his photograph to blackmail the Dynamic Duo. After further investigation, Batman and Robin realized that the footage was too blurry to be of any use to the super-villain.

- Mr. Camera appeared in Batman: The Brave and the Bold where he was given a new costume which had a goofy face within it's lens. He appeared in the villain pub in the episode "A Bat Divided". He appeared additionally in Scooby Doo! Team-Up.
- Mr. Camera appears in Issue 30 of Batman '66.
