Popular TV-evening talkshow with Murray Franklin (1905-1981). It had 3 guests for one episode. General music of program was jazz, by Ellis Drane and his Jazz Orchestra.

Nightly News with Jeff Stewart[]

Actually, there was two news anchors. One man and one woman. Anyway, Nightly News with Jeff Stewart was seen at the beginning of the movie 2 times and after Franklin was shot to dead on air.

Good Morning Gotham[]

Good Morning Gotham was seen after Arthur killed 3 Wayne Ent. workers in subway. Thomas Wayne was Guest that morning.

NCB is based on real-life TV channel NBC. It's logo also bares similarities to the BBC logo used from 1988 to 1992.
NCB's full title (National Center for Broadcasting) can briefly can seen in the scene where Arthur kills Murray, albeit blurred.
