Norman Pinkus was a Gotham Globe reporter and vigilante investigator/detective who sees himself as a rival to Batman, often trying to get his attention via riddles.
Biography[]
During the case of the Joker's missing body, Pinkus assisted Batman in piecing the clues together in revealing the true identity of Dr. Hugh Auslander: Hugo Strange, a scientist who has worked under various aliases, and responsible for transforming Basil Karlo into Clayface.
After Strange's arrest, with help from Karlo, Pinkus sent Bruce a postcard containing a riddle.
