Okie Annie was Shame's perky female assistant and first love interest in his first gang of outlaws.
History[]
Okie Annie is a western criminal who is just as dangerous as her boss Shame. Wearing a big red cowgirl hat, a pink bandanna and armed with her shotgun and six shooters, she is always ready to bushwhack anyone who gets in her way. Like Shame, she wears a colorful attire consisting of trouser suits: one of red and orange plait and another of blue with white polka dots.
Also being an attractive blonde haired woman, she can easily manipulate men as seen when she tricked Bruce Wayne and his youthful ward Dick Grayson into leading them into a trap.

Okie Annie in her second attire
Her past has never been revealed, however due to her accurate shooting with both her shotgun and six shooters, she may have come from the same background as Shame.
She helped Shame in his scheme to build a super-powered truck that could outrace the Batmobile and then steal four prize Black Angus Bulls each worth $300,000 on display at the Gotham rodeo. However, the Dynamic Duo figured out their plan and followed them to the K.O corral as they knew the bulls would have to be fed. After a blazing gun battle, Okie Annie and the rest of the gang were captured and imprisoned.
Okie Annie is never seen or mentioned again and by Shame's next appearance on the show, he has begun a relationship with Calamity Jan and then forms another gang, which assumes that they broke up during their time in prison and she is still locked up.
