Patrick Harvey was a man murdered by the Joker. He was killed alongside Richard Dent because they shared the name with DA Harvey Dent, whom the Joker had previously threated but failed to kill. Harvey was killed with a bullet with Melvin White's fingerprints on it as a clue for Batman towards a later attempt on Mayor Anthony Garcia's life.
