After Miranda Tate took control of Wayne Enterprises instead of Daggett, Stryver was told to leave the room. While waiting outside, he heard Daggett in agony as Bane killed him but did nothing.
Stryver did business for Daggett by helping him retrieve Bruce Wayne's fingerprints from Selina Kyle. He and Daggett had protection from Bane's men. He mainly was the person who had the knowledge of the events and mainly informed Daggett of useful information.
