Pretty Boy Parker was one of Ma Parker's sons. He is the eldest son.
History[]
He was present with his mother, brothers and sister during one of Ma Parker's robberies in Gotham City. He was captured by Batman and Robin at the Parker's house, while his family escaped and taken to Gotham Penitentiary.
Pretty Boy assisted his family in their takeover of the penitentiary, leading all the other inmates in joining them, but he, along with his family, were eventually defeated by Batman and Robin.
