Prince Roger Nelson, known simply as Prince, was a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and actor. He wrote and performed the songs for Batman, collaborating with Sheena Easton (a duet for "The Arms of Orion"), Eric Leeds and Atlanta Bliss (saxophone and trumpet for "Trust"), Clare Fischer and Sounds of Blackness (orchestration and choir for "The Future").
Prince died on April 21, 2016, at the age of 57.
