Raynond first appears tied up in a chair. After Batman defeats all the goons. Raymond later confesses that he was in an alliance with Firefly. He was later arrested in the GCPD and said his daughter liked Batman.
Crimes he would be arrested for would be knowingly aiding and abetting a known felon.
