The Rocket Launcher Clown was Red Triangle thug that carried a customized FIM-43 Redeye rocket launcher.
Biography
This clown used his rocket launcher to destroy several storefronts, including a corner 89¢ Store. He worked with a Crossbow Clown that destroyed the Sushi Club section of the Super Drug building. This clown tried to attack Batman with a rocket launcher, but was knocked out with a computerized, self-guiding "Super-Batarang."
He was arrested offscreen.
