"Boss" Moroni was a mob boss who was put on trial for an unknown crime, during which, he threw acid at Harvey Dent which Batman was unable to prevent, scarring him, and creating the second personality, Two-Face. His current status is unknown.

Behind the scenes
- In Batman Forever, this character is credited as Boss Moroni. As with Barbara Wilson, he was a character inspired by one from the comic continuity, but with a name, and possibly biography, change.
- Unlike other continuities involving Two-Face and Maroni, nothing is revealed in Batman Forever as to whether Two-Face enacted or desired revenge against Boss Moroni. If he does then he may already had, since Two-Face is obsessed with killing Batman, likely for being too late to stop Moroni.
- Moroni was likely found guilty of the crime that he had stood on trial for, or given a new sentence for his brutal attack on the beloved DA Harvey Dent.
