Biography
Boss Moroni threw acid at Harvey Dent, scarring him, and creating the second personality, Two-Face. The incident is briefly shown in a news program on Bruce Wayne's televison, in which his name is mentioned but he is not seen. He is not mention afterwards and his fate is unclear.

- In Batman Forever, this character is credited as Boss Moroni. As with Barbara Wilson, he was a character inspired by one from the comic continuity, but with a name, and possibly biography, change.
