Shirley Anne Walker (née Rogers) was a film and television composer and conductor. Walker was the conductor for the score of Batman and Batman Forever (along with Jonathan Sheffer). She composed the second main theme (the first was composed by Danny Elfman) and part of the score for Batman: The Animated Series. She later composed most of the score for The New Batman Adventures and Batman Beyond. In 1993, after the success of Batman: The Animated Series, Walker scored the animated movie Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, along with Hans Zimmer, who served as synthesist.

Shirley Walker died on November 30, 2006, due to complications from a stroke. She's remembered as a pioneer for women composers in the film industry.

Other works include The Flash (main theme by Danny Elfman), Memoirs of an Invisible Man, Escape from L.A. (co-composed with John Carpenter and Alan Howarth), Superman: The Animated Series and Final Destination.
